Booking and paying

How do I start?

Book a free 15-minute call. We talk about what you need and find a regular time that suits you.

When do I pay?

Before each lesson. I'll send you the details after our free call.

How can I pay?

By card, bank transfer or Bizum.

How does a block work?

You pay for 5 lessons upfront and get 10% off.

How long do I have to use it?

12 weeks from when you buy it. That leaves room for holidays or a week off sick.

Can I get money back for lessons I don't use?

No, unused lessons in a block can't be refunded.

Can I cancel or move a lesson?

Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, the lesson is charged, or counts as used if it's from a block.

What if you have to cancel?

You choose: a new time, or your money back for that lesson. From a block, the lesson goes back into your block.

Where do lessons happen?

On Google Meet. I send you the link before each lesson.

What do I need?

A computer, tablet or phone with a camera, a steady internet connection and, ideally, headphones. Somewhere quiet helps.

Can my child have lessons?

Yes. A parent or guardian makes the first contact and joins the free call. Here's how I keep lessons safe for under-18s.
